That’s just how things have evolved, while this is hurtful for a person just entering the job market, it doesn’t have to be this way.
Programs like NASA kids program in countries like the US provide platforms for kids below 18 to gain valuable career experience while learning more about a particular industry.
However such opportunities are a lot scarcer across Africa.
