Wake up earlier than usual to meditate or pray

Depending on your closing hour, try to mentally prepare for the close of business and ensure you leave at the exact time stipulated in your contract. This will surprisingly save you time in traffic.
Eat one fruit every day of the week & drink 8 glasses of water
Fruits contain a lot of useful vitamins and minerals. Shake up your diet by eating fruit daily and of course, try to stay hydrated with lots of water.
Go to bed before 10 pm
9 – 5ers may often stay up later than they should. Pick one day in the week to go to bed early.

In the middle of the week, plan a movie night or a dinner but make it romantic.

During your lunch break, pick out one of these adventures to try:
